Damals gab es noch keine ready-to-use Ubuntu oder Debian-Images, sondern Linaro und Ångström. Und damals bei Ångström die ersten negativen Erfahrungen mit systemd gemacht (mittlerweile hab ich es ja begriffen…)

Auf den PandaBoard ES lief jedenfalls schon Ubuntu:
